Join us for an Agroecology Course for Food Systems Transformation. Starting on 5th January 2026, this hybrid Course delivered in English combines experiential and field-based learning to provide a comprehensive understanding of agroecological principles and their practical applications. Through interactive sessions, expert-led workshops, and handson experience, participants gain knowledge of sustainable agricultural practices, biodiversity, food systems, community engagement, markets, policies, certification, and related topics. By the end of the course, you will be
prepared to help transform your local food system toward greater sustainability and resilience.
Dates: 5th January, 2026 to 3th April, 2026
Duration: The Course runs for 13 weeks: 9 weeks of online sessions with casework, and 4 weeks of fieldwork with partner enterprises and CSOs.
Course type: Online coursework + Offline fieldwork
Evaluation: Final grades will be determined by a combination of coursework, class participation, and other Course requirements.
Eligibility: Open to graduates from any background
Fees: The Course is free of cost; however, participants are responsible for covering their own fieldwork expenses, including outstation and local travel, food, and accommodation.
