Two field demos on farm equipments was organised in Guddahalli and Hirehonalli villages in Dharwad during 6 – 7 March 2026. More than 200 farmers actively participated in each event. Farmers tried out Multicrop Power Reeper/Harvester and found it useful and easy to use. The equipment can be used for several crops like Soyabean, Maize and Sorghum. As farmers grow these crops and face severe labour shortages during the harvesting time, farmers expressed interest in owning the equipment. The programme was organised in collaboration with VST Tillers and Tractors.
